Operations/Production Manager

We have an immediate need for an experienced Operations/Production Manager.  Will be responsible for maintaining aerospace manufacturing production capabilities by determining, monitoring, and updating production priorities on a daily basis.  Must have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing production processes with strong process improvement capabilities and production planning abilities.  Requires a hands-on management style; willing to work along side subordinates to achieve end result.  Dedicated to solving issues with effective, timely solutions.  Must be knowledgeable in implementing MRP systems; experience in Syspro a plus.  Will oversee Material Control and all Production areas.
